Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year in revenue.
  • Your CPA files an accurate return every spring but has never sat down with you to plan the year ahead.
  • Your revenue went up last year and your tax bill went up even faster.
  • You run the company as an S corp, or you're not sure your entity and your own pay still fit at your size.
  • The business owns its building or other property, and nobody has ever sped up the write-offs on it.
  • You'd rather have one flat-fee team plan the year, set every move up and file the returns than juggle three advisors.

This Is Not For:

  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Employees and individuals who only need a personal return done.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year, with no planning.
  • Anyone looking for gray-area tricks copied from a video.

What We've Delivered

Two results Joe has shared from last year. Yours will depend on the facts of your business.

Commercial Real Estate1 year
$205,000
tax bill, down from $1,374,000
S corpCash balance plan

Brian works in commercial real estate. We set him up with an S corp, added a cash balance retirement plan that created a $502,000 deduction, and layered in the rest of his plan. Joe calls it an exception, not the norm.

$464,000
in tax savings from one tax plan
6 decisionsOwner pay and retirement plan

For another client, 6 decisions in one tax plan added up to $464,000 in tax savings for the year. They were the kind of calls most CPAs never raise, like how you pay yourself and whether a retirement plan gets put in place.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Joe's team handles the tax side of a $1M+ business, from the first look at your returns to the filing.

We Start From Your Returns

We start with your last business and personal returns and where you want the company to go, then work out what you'd owe with zero strategy applied. That's your starting line.

We Fix How You're Paid

We set the split between your S corp salary and your distributions, check that the entity still fits your size, and make your state's pass-through entity election when it helps.

We Set Up Your Retirement Plan

We design a retirement plan around you as the owner, like a cash balance plan, and bring in the partners it needs, so the deduction is set up properly and on time.

We Speed Up Property Write-Offs

If the business owns its building or other property, we use cost segregation to reclassify parts of it for faster depreciation, which can lower your current tax bill.

We Stay On It All Year

We check in through the year, update your projections and estimated payments as your numbers move, and answer questions as they come up, like whether to buy that truck in December or January.

We Prepare Both Returns

When the year closes, our team prepares the company's return and yours, so the people who planned the year are the people who file it. If your books or payroll need a home, we take those on too.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

I already have a CPA. Why would I need you?+
Most owners we talk to have one, and it's usually a good one. The catch is timing: your CPA files an accurate return once the year is over, and by then every choice that set the number is already behind you. We work on the year while it's still open.
Why hasn't my CPA brought any of this up?+
Most CPA firms are built like a production line: paperwork in, return out, next client. That system is good at getting returns right, and from January through April it leaves room for nothing else. Ask yourself when your CPA last called in the fall to change something before the year closed.
Do I have to drop my CPA to have the call?+
No. Seeing what's been missed doesn't commit you to anything with your current CPA. If we do work together, our team prepares your returns at year end, so the people who planned the year are the ones who file it.
Will cutting my bill this much put me on the IRS's radar?+
Everything we use comes from the tax code itself, we stay out of gray areas, and we don't recommend anything we aren't prepared to defend. We're also a licensed CPA firm, so if a notice ever shows up, we can represent you in front of the IRS.
How much of the work falls on me?+
It depends on the strategy. Some moves are mostly paperwork on our side, and others need a few decisions from you. We handle the documents, bring in partners where a strategy needs one and join the calls with you, and if a move would ask more of your time than you have, we pick a different one.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 bill?+
Not yet, but the clock is running. Your own pay from the S corp has to run through payroll, 401(k) deferrals have to come out of a real paycheck, and new equipment has to be in use by December 31. Some of this takes weeks to set up, so the hard deadlines go first.
What does it cost?+
One flat fee, agreed before we start, and it never moves with the size of your savings. We don't sell insurance or investment products and we don't take commissions, so the work is the only thing we're paid for. We quote your fee up front on the strategy call, once we've seen your numbers.
Will I get a result like Brian's?+
Probably not, and we won't pretend otherwise. Joe calls Brian's case an exception, and every result depends on the facts of your business. On the call, we'll give you a ballpark savings range for yours and the first move we'd make.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Business Is Overpaying Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, we trace your tax bill back to last year's return, how you pay yourself and how the business is set up. Then we show you what's been left on the table and which moves still count for 2026 if they're in place before December 31.
